The problem

Paper check sheets are filled in twice. Once in the field, and again when someone types them up, scans them and files them. Every copy is a chance to lose a signature or a page.

Build the form

Forms come from the library or a Word import, and the client's engineers approve them before anyone uses them.

Assign the work

The inspection matrix creates the right check sheets for every tag, and each one is checked out to a person.

Fill it in

OK, Punch or N/A on every line, with photos, test values and documents. A failed line raises its punch item on the spot.

Sign it off

Signed through your stages. A rejection sends it back with the reason, and every step is kept.
